7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below.

7.2 Third-party CE providers and accreditation bodies
Where you earn CE credit, we share completion data and credential information with the independent third-party CE providers we contract with, who issue your credit and may report it to accreditation programs and to state or national licensing boards. See Section 8.
7.3 Legal, safety, and corporate transactions
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and the safety of others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
7.4 With your direction
Community content you post is visible to other users by design. We share information with third parties when you instruct us to do so.
8. Continuing Education Credit and Professional Records
CE credit for our courses and workshops — both in-person and online — is issued and administered by independent third-party CE providers with which TCI contracts; TCI does not itself accredit or issue CE credit. To enable these providers to issue and report your credit, we collect and share your name, professional credential information (such as license or registration number and jurisdiction of licensure), and course completion records with the applicable provider.
Each third-party CE provider acts as an independent controller of the information it receives, determining on its own behalf how it issues, records, and reports CE credit — including any reporting to accreditation programs or to state or national licensing boards — under its own privacy policy and retention rules. We share only the information reasonably necessary for that purpose. We separately retain completion records and certificates as part of your account history for verification, audit, and legal purposes, including after your account is closed, to the extent required by our agreements or applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy, after which we delete or anonymize it. Retention periods are determined by: (a) the duration of your account and relationship with us; (b) accreditation and CE record-keeping requirements; (c) legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and (d) our need to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
11. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and any required supplementary measures.
12. Your Privacy Rights
